How can I apply for Trade-In Program?
Trade-In eligible items are listed on the Lepow Trade-In program page. Fill in the quick survey to answer a couple of questions about the condition of your item. Once you have submitted your trade-in quick survey, you'll receive a confirmation email in 2 business days about the application result.
We currently recycle all Lepow old monitors in good condition. To be paid at the highest value for your trade-in, your monitor must make sure to meet the condition below.
To be paid at the highest value for your trade-in, your device must be in good condition with all features of the device operational. It must power on, hold a charge, and not power off unexpectedly. It mustn't have any breaks, dents, cracks, missing buttons, or other defects beyond normal wear and tear, and mustn't have any water damage, corrosion, or significant wear marks. If your device doesn't meet these criteria it may be lowered the value or deemed a rejected Item.

You can find your model in your packaging or manual of the product as well as Amazon account's order history. Some products come with the model number printed directly on them.
How can I receive the final Trade-in discount to buy the new item?
After you apply our activity by filling out the survey and your application for the Trade-in Program is confirmed by Lepow, we will send you a shipping label for you to ship your old item back for free.

Currently, all the products in Lepow store page are all available in Trade-in-Program. Once the old monitor is shipped back, you can confirm the product you want to purchase, we will send you the Trade-in discount code for purchase the new item.
How do I ship back my old monitor?
Once your application submission is approved, we will send you the confirmation letter including the final trade-in value and shipping label for you to send the old item for free.
You need to print out the shipping label and pack your trade-in item(s) securely in a box (lepow original package is recommended) to prevent any damages from occurring in transit. Then bring the old monitor with packaging to the local UPS/FedEx office(depends on the shipping label), and use the label for shipping back the monitors without charge.

Can I get my Trade-in item back if I change my mind?
No, once your shipping label is used for sending the item, our team will start processing your trade-in discount, the trade-in device is unable to be returned.
