Free Worldwide Shipping & Tax Included for Most Destinations (DDP)
1) How long does delivery take?
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time (excluding customs delays, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances)
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days (Free, Tax included where DDP is available)
- Expedited Shipping: 4–6 business days (Additional fee, Tax included where DDP is available)
2) What countries do you ship to?
We ship directly from our Hong Kong warehouse and offer worldwide delivery. Most countries and regions are supported — order with confidence.
Note: Certain U.S. regions are excluded from delivery, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, and U.S. Armed Forces addresses.
3) How will my order be shipped?
We work with reliable logistics partners (such as UPS/DHL/USPS). The carrier will be automatically assigned based on your shipping address. For most destinations, orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning shipping and import duties are included and no extra charges are required at delivery. In rare cases where DDP is not available due to destination customs or carrier regulations, import duties and related clearance charges may be required by local authorities.
4) If I order multiple items, will they arrive together?
We try to ship all items together. Depending on availability and shipping methods, your order may be split into multiple packages. You’ll receive a tracking email for each shipment.
5) Can I change the delivery address after shipment?
Once a package is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.
