🛡 Warranty

All Lepow portable monitors come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only.

Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are not included unless a defect is confirmed.

For approved warranty claims, customers may be required to return the product for inspection. Once confirmed, Lepow will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to the customer.

Quality-Related Issues

  • If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, Lepow will provide a replacement or suitable solution.
  • Return may not be required in some cases to reduce international shipping costs.
  • If a return is required due to a confirmed defect, Lepow will assist with the process and may cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Non-Quality Issues

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to approval.
  • Items must be unused and returned with original packaging, accessories, and any included gifts.
  • Return shipping costs and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds cover the product price only.
  • Driver, software, or compatibility issues are not considered defects.

📦 Return Instructions

  1. Contact us at lepowcs@ilepow.com with your order number and reason for return. Photo or video proof is required for defective items.
  2. Our support team will respond within 24 business hours and provide return approval.
  3. Once approved, we will provide the return address and detailed return instructions, including packaging requirements.
  4. Items must be returned according to the provided instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
