What is your warranty policy?

How can I track my order?

Are they compatible with my laptop? Is a driver required?

As long as your laptop has a USB or HDMI port, our monitors will work seamlessly, depending on the model. Our monitors are compatible with most laptop brands, including Apple (MacBook, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro – M1, M1 Pro, M1 Max, M2, M2 Pro, M2 Max, M3, M3 Pro, M3 Max, M4, M4 Pro, M4 Max), Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, Microsoft, Samsung, Toshiba, and MSI, among others. Whether you're using a MacBook, Windows laptop, or other device, you’ll enjoy enhanced productivity and convenience.

To ensure optimal performance, some models may require a driver. If you’re using a professional laptop where IT restrictions may apply, we recommend choosing a model that doesn't require any drivers.

How does the 14-day return policy work?

For purchases made directly through our website, we offer a 14-day return policy from the delivery date. Accessories that come with your portable monitor can be returned, but separately purchased accessories are not included in this policy. If you purchased from another retailer, please contact them for return instructions.


If you decide the product is not for you, we’ll provide a full refund within 14 days, provided the product is unsealed and returned with all items from the original order. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
